  I had their Kung Pao Chicken. There was a lot of chicken, minimal veggies, and a fair amount of peanuts. I thought the chicken was too tough. The vegetables were celery, water chestnuts and what appeared to be small pieces of broccoli. I think it would have been better with some green and red bell pepper with onion, and zero broccoli. The peanuts weren't cooked with the food long enough, in my opinion. The texture and flavor were off. On the positive side, the food was served quickly and the waitress provided attentive service. I still cannot recommend this place. I was not impressed with the food.

  We've lived in Canby for just over two years and have been dining at Joy Kitchen pretty regularly since then. The food is always served hot (temperature wise), quickly, and it's delicious! The sweet and sour chicken is my absolute favorite but all of the chicken dishes are good. I absolutely love the broccoli beef as well. The staff is friendly and assertive... You just can't go wrong with this place! :)
