  Last night, On Valentines Day, I was witness to something absolutely appalling. There was a gentleman and his wife or girlfriend that came in shortly before 7. When they came in they mentioned to the Hostess that they had reservations at 7pm. The hostess asked them to wait just a moment. 10 minutes later the hostess said your table was ready. This was after another couple had come in and was seated right away.
  
  The hostess then brought the couple back to the front as their table was in fact not ready. Over the next 20 minutes, several parties came in with reservations and were seated instantly. I as well as the gentleman who was waiting, overheard the hostess tell another woman at the front that she accidentally gave away their table to a couple with no reservations. At this point the man was quite upset and the management staff did absolutely nothing to accommodate them. Didn't offer them a seat at the bar with drinks and apps on the house, or offer them a coupon to come back, nothing. I have been a regular here for a long time and I will NEVER return to this establishment. I am appalled and disgusted by the lack of professionalism.
